Owen is an industry veteran with more than 20 years experience in delivering digital solutions through all levels of government.

He’s always focussed on helping people do more with less and a proponent of open source principles. Owen has been involved in all tiers of solution development and delivery for corporate, private and government organisations.

Owen co-founded Symbiote in 2009 with Marcus Nyeholt, and has built it into a thriving, modern digital agency that delivers complex, challenging, high-value projects.
